  3. Attendance
    A full list of delegates is held for each event together with their approval status, reason for booking and attendance code which can be reported on periodically. Pre-enrolment check warnings and course pre-requisites can be activated to ensure delegates are suitable to attend and meet the minimum requirements to attend.
  4. Evaluation
    Record, monitor and measure the value of training with unlimited User Definable Questionnaires for both delegates and trainers. Evaluations can be completed at the pre and post course stages whilst identifying action plans. Encourage delegate response rates with online and Email reminders. Extensive reports are available for further analysis.
  5. Needs Analysis
    Record and Track the training requirements of your employees and ensure they are being met and satisfied. Needs can be identified at the person, department or Organisation level and transferred down to individuals. Needs can be matched to available courses by course title, qualification, competency or training Area.
  6. Appraisal
    Supports the complete appraisal process from initial focus meetings, interviews, 360 assessments, observations and follow up meetings. Schedule, plan and monitor Appraisal Meetings together with user definable assessment and observation criteria. Identify outcomes from Meetings including training needs and action plans.
  7. Emails & SMS
    User definable HTML Email and SMS* Notifications can be automatically triggered to delegates, managers and organisers with attachments. Message types include confirmations, enrolment approval, waiting lists, course and refresher training reminders. Batch Marketing emails can also be sent to improve delegate numbers. (*SMS Gateway is required)
  8. Templates & Letters
    Integration with Microsoft Office is available as standard allowing User Definable Templates to be set up for Delegates Registers, Letters and Certificates and more. Merging a template into Microsoft Word allows a wide range of data to be drawn into the document. Various Sample Templates are provided or you can create your own.
  9. Reporting
    Staff Development’s wide range of ready to use reports are flexible and easy to filter, enabling you to analyse data against comprehensive KPI's with automated graphs and charts. Reports can be exported to Word and Excel, and using the built-in report writer or integrating with Crystal Reports gives you the flexibility of writing your own reports.
  10. Finance
    Extensive facilities for recording all training costs with user definable cost categories, periods and budgets, allowing costs analysis and reports to be provided. Track expenditure against course, employee, trainer, provider, cost centre, subject and department together with order processing and invoicing for managing sales and revenues.
  11. Course Planning
    A calendar of internal and external events and training courses can be recorded together with individual sessions, breaks and venues. Structured data fields categorise courses into types and training areas which can later be used for reporting. Course Scope, Objectives and Programme, together with course materials can also be held.
